Review

Aaaaand I’m in love with Audrey Hepburn. What an absolute legend. Even if the movies she’s in aren’t all that amazing, her acting is always super entertaining. Holly’s basically some kind of female Ferris Bueller x Summer (500 days of Summer), so just existing makes her interesting. The nameless cat is hilarious, and shows really good writing in the end. The plot itself was pretty thin, and it’s easy to not like it, but there are loads of quotable lines from Hepburn. “Quelle night!” was super funny to me, but the monologues her character has are also super eloquent. Also the score for this movie is so iconic that I knew what it was without even knowing that I knew it. Still, Holly’s journey is definitely a struggle, and it’s good to watch once.
