Review
When I started, I wasn't a fan of Saoirse Ronan. By the end, I'd consider watching anything she was in. Her chemistry with all of the star-studded cast was amazing (Emma Watson, Florence Pugh, Timothee Chalamet, Laura Dern, Meryl Streep), and she carried her character unbelievably credibly. All of the characters' arcs were satisfying and complemented each other inside the whole story. The artistic talents of the sisters were all refreshing and illustrated their uniqueness and solidarity simultaneously in a form that was pleasing to watch. Of course, the setting allowed for beautiful shots, which completed an original plot with great acting and a meaningful theme.

RIP Beth :(. She was adorable. Meryl Streep did her stuff, but I'd have liked to see her in more of the plot. The father's inclusion was pretty ornamental - maybe he should have like… had a conversation. I didn't really understand Laurie's (Timothee Chalamet) sudden change of heart to marry Amy, especially because it was completely unwarranted. Meg's arc with John was pretty solid. The end scene with Jo and the publisher was cool, and Jo's relationship with Friedrich (Louis Garrel) was good, since we finally got to see her happy.
