Review
Pretty solid. Caesar is awesome. James Franco does a pretty great job as Will, and Caroline (Freida Pinto), Charles (John Litgow), and Dodge (Tom Felton) are a decent supporting cast. All the apes scenes were the highlights; I think Serkis needs big props for his performance. The motion capture and effects were all wonderful. It did get a little slow in the middle, but the message about the dangers of genetic modification is pretty relevant, and I think it was a good plot point. I felt like Charles' arc didn't need so much screentime, but you should definitely watch for the apes.
